EMPLOYMENT
SBCS provides
a one of a kind employment opportunity for students in the
Faculty of Business Administration at Lakehead University.
It gives 3rd and 4th year HBComm students a chance to apply
what they have learned in their studies and to work with
both the local business community and faculty. Students who
work in the SBCS office gain valuable hands-on business
experience prior to completing their degree.

 Entering
3rd or 4th year of the HBComm program Strong academic
standing Work and volunteer
experience Organizational
and multi-tasking skills Proficiency
with common computer applications Evidence of
teamwork and problem solving capabilities Courtesy and
professionalism Excellent speaking
and presentation skills |

The number of students working at SBCS varies. Typically, hiring is done in April and/or September. Students are encouraged to watch for job postings or check with SBCS staff for more information via either telephone or email. |
